Currently suffering from this at the moment. One of my passions is information absorption, which isn’t great when I have a full time job.

Never been big on taking supplements. Closest I’ve been is taking children’s vitamins after breakfast, 20 years ago!

Actually started a move to turn my passion into my career. But procrastination and fatigue are holding me back. Today I’m starting a plan to fit in exercise, restricting what I eat and the window in which I eat, hopefully to maximise my energy levels.

Definitely going to seriously take supplements into consideration, especially if these can save me time in eating meals or making coffee and tea.
